We will advertise your property on the web, show prospective tenants through the property, check references, employment details etc, draw up the lease, lodge the bond, conduct ingoing inspections and then hand over to you to manage ongoing.  For a once off fee of only 2 weeks rent, you get peace of mind that you have the right tenant without having to do any of the leg work.  You will save on the ongoing fees associated with managing a property by doing that yourself.

Full Service Property Management

We will do it all.  From finding you a quality tenant through to ongoing management of your property and tenant. We will manage your valuable assets with a comprehensive, professional and cost effective service. Ongoing management fee of 6.6%, and letting fee of 2 weeks rent for new tenants.
